One connected team instead of five separate providers

Large companies hire separate people to manage the books, run payroll, follow up on invoices, prepare taxes and generate new business.

Brian Business brings those capabilities together in one connected service — scaled for a small business, without the cost and commitment of building an internal team.

Trusted by Canadian small-business owners

The portal is actually so easy to work with. Compared to the hours of emails and phone calls with our old bookkeeper, this is a breeze.

Example insight · Opportunity identified

Your average customer payment time has increased from 28 to 44 days.

Why it matters: Slower customer payments can restrict cash flow even when sales remain strong.

Recommended next step: Introduce structured invoice reminders and monthly receivables follow-up.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to use every Brian Business service?

No. Start with the service that solves your immediate problem and add other services only when they make sense.

Do I need to be a bookkeeping client?

No. T2 filing, website, lead-generation and advisory services can be provided separately. Bookkeeping clients receive a more complete Business Health view because recommendations can be based on current financial information.

Is Brian Business accounting software?

No. Brian Business is a managed service supported by technology. We perform and oversee the work rather than simply giving you another application to manage.

Will Brian Business replace my accountant?

Not necessarily. We can handle ongoing bookkeeping, tax filing and business support while coordinating with an accountant when specialized accounting, assurance or tax advice is required.

Is the T2 filing price always $999?

The $999 starting price applies to eligible corporations with complete and reconciled books. Existing bookkeeping clients file from $799, and nil returns are a flat $349. More complex returns, cleanup work, multiple entities, specialized tax matters and additional provincial filings are quoted before work begins.

Can I add services later?

Yes. Your plan can expand as your business changes. Every add-on is presented for approval before work begins.

How much does bookkeeping cost?

Monthly bookkeeping plans start at $199. Your recommended plan depends on transaction volume, number of accounts and the support your business requires.
