You receive the design, build, hosting, maintenance and ongoing support for one predictable monthly price. Bookkeeping clients pay less because we already understand their business and work with them throughout the year.

Your price is reviewed only once per year, and Brian bookkeeping clients save $40 every month.

How it works, in plain terms
No upfront build fee, 12-month plan
We carry the cost of building the site rather than billing it before launch, so the first twelve months cover that work. After that you are month-to-month.
Your price is reviewed once a year
Your band comes from your last completed fiscal year — the figure on your corporate return — and is reviewed at year-end. It never changes mid-year, and it can rise at most one band per year.
You own your domain and your content
Your business owns its domain, branding, written content and supplied images. If you leave, we will provide reasonable assistance moving your domain and website content to another provider.
The client rate needs an active bookkeeping plan
If bookkeeping stops, the website moves to the standalone rate for your band at the next renewal. Nothing changes mid-term.

Website questions
How many pages are included?
Most small-business sites land between five and eight pages — home, services, about, contact and a few supporting pages. That is what the monthly price assumes. Larger sites are quoted before anything starts, never billed as a surprise.
How long does the initial website take to build?
Typically two to four weeks from the point we have your content, logo and images. The clock is usually waiting on content rather than on build time, so the more ready you are, the faster it launches.
Is copywriting included?
We will structure your pages, tighten what you give us and write the connective copy. What we do not do is invent your expertise — you supply the substance about your services, pricing and process. Full copywriting from a blank page is quoted separately.
Are professional images included?
Stock imagery and basic image preparation are included. Professional photography of your team, premises or work is not — though it is usually the single biggest upgrade a small-business site can make, and we will say so if yours needs it.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions during the build, which is enough for almost every site. After launch, changes come out of your monthly allowance rather than being billed as revisions.
What counts as a monthly content change?
Up to 60 minutes a month of minor updates: editing text, swapping an image, updating hours, prices, staff or a service description, adding a testimonial. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are quoted separately. Unused time does not carry forward.
Does the price include SEO?
It includes the technical foundations — clean page structure, titles and descriptions, mobile performance, analytics and Search Console setup — so your site is properly findable. Ongoing SEO campaigns and content programs are a separate service.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes. We can rebuild it or take over hosting and maintenance at the same monthly price. Tell us what you have and we will say plainly whether replacing it is worth it — sometimes it is not.
Can you build ecommerce websites?
Not as part of these plans. These are informational business websites — explaining what you do and turning visitors into enquiries. If you need to sell online we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
Who owns the website and the domain?
Your domain is registered in your name, and you own your branding, written content and any images you supply. The underlying site is built and hosted on our system, and if you leave we will provide reasonable assistance moving your domain and content to another provider.
What happens after the 12-month minimum?
You move to month-to-month at the same price for your band. Nothing renews for another fixed term and nothing changes automatically except the annual band review.
What happens if I cancel?
After the twelve months you can stop any time. You keep your domain and your content, and we will help you move. The site as hosted comes down, since its build was never billed to you.
Why is this cheaper than the quotes I have had?
Because we are not rebuilding the foundations for every client. We use a proven system and reusable components, so the work goes into your content, structure and design rather than into re-solving hosting, forms, security and performance from scratch.
